Permanent Make-up Brows

The purpose of all cosmetic eyebrow tattoos is the same – to enhance your natural brows or create them from scratch in cases where you suffer from Alopecia or similar conditions.

What is Microblading?
Microblading is done in strokes that imitate the look of natural hair with the idea of making them look as realistic as possible, thereby making it difficult to distinguish them from the hairs. Micro incisions are made manually and a hand tool, that looks like a blade consisting of several tiny needles, is dipped into pigment and applied to the upper dermis as individual hair strokes. The results are natural and fuller brows.

What Are Powder Brows?
Powder brows on the other hand intend to give a more dramatic look, with a shade being established beneath the natural hairs. The effect or misty, powdery look gives a similar appearance to wearing make-up and how subtle this look is, depends on you. These are done with a PMU machine and involve the application of thousands of tiny dots of pigment, inserted into the skin known as the dotting technique or pixelization.
In the case of “Ombre” powder brows the saturation pattern creates an ombre effect, with the heads of the brow being lighter than the tails, which are gradually darker.
Both procedures are a bit uncomfortable, but not painful, as most clients report. A numbing cream is applied to the area that is about to be treated and you probably won’t feel any pain.

Does it hurt?
Microblading can be a little more unpleasant and therefore more uncomfortable than powder brows because the incisions are made slowly and the blade is dragged through the skin. There might be some more blood than with machine work.
Since the surface of the skin is broken, the micro-wounds go through a healing process that implies periods of intense darkness, intense lightness, scabbing, and flaking.

Both Need a Touch Up
Both powder brows and microblading include inserting pigment into the surface layer of the skin, and some of it will inevitably be extracted with the scabs during healing. That’s why the touch up appointment is an integral part of both microblading and powder brow treatments. At the touch-up, the PMU artist adds more pigment either in strokes or in pixels where it didn’t settle properly. The touch-up for both treatments is performed 6-8 weeks after the initial pigmentation.
Which should I choose - Microblading or Powder Brows
If you're deciding between powder brows vs microblading, consider the following:
Still need to add the rest of the description !!!!!

When will I notice the results?
Immediately post-treatment.

The length of the results largely depends on your skin type, skincare and lifestyle. Sweat and excessive sun exposure can cause both types to face but this can be alleviated by regular touch ups.

On the whole the life expectancy of microblading is about two years whereas powder brows last longer at three to four years, but in both cases, this can vary.

How many treatments will I need?
Initial treatment and a touch-up after four to six weeks. Regular touch-ups if they start to fade.
